What is EasyPay
EasyPay is a e-invoicing tool used by accommodation providers (Hotels,Hostels ,Serviced Apartments,Inns tourism companies and Travel Agents)to communicate with their guests and to send invoices and payments links to collect payments online related to their upcoming hotel stay and any additional services offered to their guests.
Data Controller and Date Processor
In terms of providing our services, the customer accommodation provider is identified as Data Controller and EasyPay is the data processor,collecting and processing personal data,in terms of providing our services we process personal date we collect from the accommodation provider ,the customer accommodation provider as the data controller has ensured that it has a legal basis to process your personal data ,such as a legitimate interest or your consent is obtained to transfer your personal data to us.

How Long do you store your data for?
You as a accommodation provider will have full control to decide how long the data should be stored in EasyPay servers we store your guests personnel data merely to full fill & automate the EasyPay services to accommodation providers guests on behalf of the accommodation provider.
Deleting accommodation providers guests personnel data from EasyPay
You as an accommodation provider can delete your guest personnel data anytime you want from EasyPay portal however after deleting such data EasyPay will not be able to perform the necessary services on your behalf to your guests therefore we recommend only to delete past data periodically if required to minimize any service deliverability issues, EasyPay portal will make the saved guest personnel data visible to you with the option to delete or you can request EasyPay team to perform the task on your behalf.
In some cases we may have to retain personnel data for limited period when it needs to be kept for legimate business or legal purposes.
We try to ensure that EasyPay protect information from accidental or malicious deletion due to this reason there may be delays between when you delete data and when copies are deleted from our active and back up systems.
Which third parties receive your data?
We never sell personnel data to third parties without your consent neither disclose your personnel data to any third party unless we have a legitimate interest in doing so or if you have consented to this

Only authorize persons defined by accommodation provider that requires access to personnel data to full-fill EasyPay service will have authorization.
How is the data protected?
Strict security measures are applied to prevent any unauthorized access to prevent personnel data we use secure connections that protect data traffic between you and our website and or web applications.
Following technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personel data.
Avoid unauthorized persons gaining access to data processing systems in which personnel data are processed or used.
Avoid using data processing systems with out gaining proper authorization.
